I found this company through a review site and wasn’t expecting much. My last service company, that I also found through the same review company, were professional but didn’t leave me with the warm fuzzies about their quality of work. 72degrees on the other hand really surprised me with their quality of service. Lots of communication about when and who was coming to do the work. The technician, Shaun, was knowledgeable and took pride in the work he did. I’ll gladly call them again!

I absolutely love this company! They were remarkable. The tech guy was smart, friendly and knowledgeable. Their tech team came out and did the tear down and install. All within a reasonable time. We had our 47 year old duct work completely replaced and a dual zone system installed. It was a big job and I had actually expected it to take longer than they did it in. It took less than a day and a half. And the price was very reasonable. All in all, I would say that Cooper Brothers is an exceptional company and I would highly suggest them to everyone!
Had our unit serviced for maintenance early August. The young man who helped us was courteous and helpful. Went to put the AC on yesterday as we are having a heat wave. We had circulating air but the AC unit was not working. Couldn’t call yesterday because it was Sunday but called today and was able to have someone come over to see what was up. As it turned out the circuit breaker was tripped and the technician-John figured it out in less than 5 minutes. He was very pleasant and gave us contact information in case we ever had any problems with the AC or heating units. August was the first time we used 72 degrees when they sent out a postcard mailer offering maintenance at an affordable price. We will definitely stick with this company.
I contacted them on a Monday morning. That same afternoon they had their tech come out and check out our broken heater. Our heater hasn’t worked since we moved into out office a year ago. He found the heater was infested with wasp nests! He took photos and explains why they were preventing the heater from working. Within an hour we had our heater up and running. He provided me with a detailed scope of work and sent me the photos. All this helped me get a refund with my landlord. Thanks Cooper Brothers and Shawn!
I used 72 Degrees Cooper Brothers to check my furnace. I was impressed by their pleasant communication in setting the appointment. The technician who came was a nice, clean-cut guy. After inspecting the furnace, he explained everything to me very clearly, including his opinion of how much longer the furnace might last, and one problem area to be addressed. I know the company does background checks on all employees and trains them well, so that gave me a great level of comfort in having a stranger in my home. I was very pleased with the service, the price, and the communication, and will be using 72 Degrees Cooper Brothers in the future.
I can’t say enough good things about 72 Degrees. They came out to give us an estimate to install air conditioning, and gave us a very detailed overview of the equipment we needed, the installation process and the placement of the condenser. He even came out a second time, to answer some additional questions. I had a prior quote from another company and discovered that they quoted the wrong equipment and recommending installing the condenser in an location that would not meet code. In addition, Shawn’s quote was $800 less than the competition. During the installation they discovered that it wouldn’t be possible to do part of the installation as planned from a cosmetic perspective, but they cared enough to come up with a solution that was absolutely awesome. I trust this company’s integrity and quality and will use them for all of my heating/cooling requirements.
We have had Mitch and their technician Shaun come to our house over the past three years. We had our complete duct system installed three years ago and annual servicing of our furnace and AC systems. Always they have left our home impeccably clean. Throughout the length of time for these services they have proven their professional expertise, knowledge and performance.
Had a new furnace and new AC unit(including all new ducts) installed.We have a two story home and Mitch gave a fair estimate, was very experienced and knowledgeable and the whole job was completed in two days! Very pleased.
Sean very quickly figured out what was wrong with our furnace and was able to fix it, saving us from having to buy a new one. He was courteous and professional. It was a very educational and helpful visit and we would not hesitate to get service from him on our furnace and AC.
Efficient diagnosis of the problem, and equally quick repair
So this saga started in 2015. I called Pelle Heating and Air Conditioning to fix my furnace. They replaced the gas valve. Fast forward to today, the furnace is out again. I called Pelle Bros, they don’t answer their phone and then don’t call back when I leave a message. I call another random company. He tells me the gas valve is out and it looks new. I call Pelle (they answer this time-
yay) and ask if they replaced my gas valve in 2017 and they say they did. They won’t help me unless I pay full price again. They tell me the valve is under warranty but they won’t honor it, I have to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer then gives me the runaround and tells me “I should call a certified installer” I ask for the name of one, they tell me “Pelle Heating and Air Conditioning”. I tell the manufacturer (Emerson) that Pelle was the company who installed it and they won’t help me unless I pay full price for a new valve (and labor of course). Emerson basically blows me off.
Finally, in desperation, I ask Emerson for another referral. They give me the name Cooper Bros. I called and they super nice on the phone. After I explained my problem, they offered to put the new valve in for the cost of labor only. They returned the defective valve for me. They did for me what Pelle should have done but refused.
Besides the fact that they saved me from paying for another valve, the technician showed up on time, was very polite and did the job quickly and without fuss. Very happy and grateful for their help!
Cooper Bros is awesome! I also recommend avoiding Pelle like the plague.
